OQRS by Club Log

(Highly Recommended)

This is the preferred method to use for your QSL confirmation. After the DXpedition ends, you can order either a Direct or Bureau QSL card using the OQRS online QSL service provided by Club Log.

Using this convenient online method you can easily apply for our QSL card to be sent Directly to your home or via the Bureau....without having to send your QSL card at all.

Good News: If you are an existing Club Log user, you do NOT need to fill in the QSO details in your OQRS request. Club Log does this for you, automatically, using QSO details from your existing log which you upload to Club Log. Apart from being easier, this helps avoid typing errors. However, you can also use the Club Log OQRS manually without having to upload your log. See Club Log www.clublog.org for more details about using OQRS, or follow the OQRS links below.

If you are not an existing Club Log user, please consider joining. It's free and a great DX resource. See Club Log www.clublog.org for more details about setting up a new account.

OQRS is the best QSL route to use to receive your VP8STI, VP8SGI, VP8IDX AND VP8IDX/MM confirmations quickly and efficiently!

These links can be used during the DXpedition to search the logs for your QSO’s.

OQRS will not be turned on until after each operation goes QRT.

Direct Mail

You can send your card via the regular Direct Mail system to the assigned QSL Manager. One IRC or $2 USD minimum for DX stations is preferred. Minimum for USA stations is an SASE.

Send your Direct VP8SGI QSL to:

Steven M. Wheatley KU9C
PO Box 574
Morristown, NJ 07963-0574 USA

Please refer to the following points when requesting a QSL Direct:

1. Make your QSO entries clear and readable, and recorded in sequence by date and Time.

2. For US-based cards, include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with sufficient first-class return postage. A donation with your QSL request is always welcome and appreciated. Checks can be made out to "Intrepid DX Group" and included with your QSL.

3. For Non-US based cards, include a self-addressed envelope (SAE) with minimum $2 USD. A donation with your QSL request is always welcome and appreciated. Euro bills accepted in lieu of USD.

4. Direct QSL requests received without a return envelope or sufficient return postage will be answered via the Bureau.

Bureau

(OQRS Bureau or Regular Bureau)

For an efficient and faster return of your confirming QSOs, please use the Club Log OQRS System described above to order your QSL via the Bureau. Bureau requests using OQRS are free. OR you may use the regular QSL bureau. PLEASE ONLY USE ONE METHOD.

LoTW

(Logbook of The World)

Logs will be posted about 6 months after the conclusion of the DXpedition.

Everyone who requests a direct QSL will have their QSOs uploaded to LoTW. These will be done in batches as we process cards. Will try weekly.
Otherwise, a full LoTW upload will be done in September.

eQSL

Sorry, but we will not confirm QSOs via the eQSL system.
